To our Valued Customers,
The world health community continues to monitor closely the emergence of the COVID-19 coronavirus disease. This infectious virus has rapidly emerged into our local communities in Ohio and Kentucky and will continue to impact our day-to-day lives into the foreseeable future.
At Bobcat Enterprises, Inc. we are taking important steps to 1) protect the health and well-being of our customers and their families, our employees and their families, and our communities for which we are all involved while 2) ensuring the continuity of our business operations to support you to the best of our ability given the circumstances. We continue to monitor the guidelines put in place and will abide by all restrictions mandated.
WE ARE OPEN FOR BUSINESS
As of this email, we intend to be open during our normal Monday – Friday business hours. Schedules for departments are in development to provide business continuity with remote-access being encouraged where possible. Unfortunately, all operator training classes have been canceled through April 5, 2020. Our training team will contact students directly to reschedule.
In light of the above, we ask for the cooperation from all customers and employees who enter our facility.
Please refrain from visiting if you have any symptoms or feelings of sickness in the past several days, or if you have spent time with any individual(s) who are sick.
If you need parts, sales, service or rentals, please CALL your preferred location (numbers listed below) or reach out via email rather than visit in person, even if that means speaking to us by phone from our parking lot to limit the amount of contact. We are happy to provide a curbside contactless pick-up or work with you regarding shipping costs through April 30th to promote social distancing.
We wish to limit physical contact (i.e. handshaking), sharing of tools, utensils, and common items, and ask that no community foods (bagels, donuts, etc.) are brought into our building. We always appreciate the gesture but we must all do what we can to prevent germ spread.
We are doing our best to sanitize and clean our showroom and restroom areas throughout each workday in addition to our regular after-hours office cleanings. However, we encourage you to regularly sanitize or clean any surfaces prior to coming into contact with them. Weather permitting, we will also plan to open doors in our showroom and shop for fresh air as often as possible.
Now more than ever, we are all in this together. Circumstances of the COVID-19 virus have been changing not only day-to-day but hour-to-hour and we intend to adjust and adapt as an organization as needed.
